Their principal Mr. Joshua Clemente is a United States Army veteran, and for more than 16 years has provided consulting services to federal, state, and local agencies in the implementation of technology systems for the betterment of public safety operations. Prior to forming Proud 2 Serve Solutions, Mr. Clemente spent 15 years with L.R. Kimball in their Communications Technology Division where he provided technical subject matter expertise and direct project management to more than 120 clients in 23 different states across the country, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Clemente also managed the Project Management Office at Kimball for two years assuring proper planning, staffing, financial management, and project delivery for all of the Division's clients.
